How to Apply For AP Free Laptop Scheme?

Online

• Visit the Andhra Pradesh Disabled and Senior Citizen Assistance Corporation’s official website.
• From the middle of the home page, select “Online application.”

• Click “apply for the differently-abled scheme here.”

• Look for the “Application for Laptop Sanction” option.
• When you select “Apply online,” a new page will display.

• If you are not yet registered, select “no.”
• On the screen, the form will display.

Important Guideline For The Sanction Of Laptop To Differently Abled Students

For visually impaired students, the IT department has proposed purchasing computers at Rs 30000 for every student enrolled in professional courses worth Rs 60000. Aside from that, the government will distribute once-in-a-lifetime laptops to hard of hearing, speech impaired and orthopedically challenged kids. The following are the guidelines for laptop approval:

• Once in a lifetime, the student will be given a laptop.
• If a student provides false information to benefit from this plan, the student is responsible for any action taken by the corporation. Students must also return the instrument or pay the instrument’s cost.
• This scheme will only help kids whose parents or guardians’ monthly income does not exceed
  • Half of the instrument’s cost is Rs 15000 every month.
  • Rs 15000 to Rs 20000 per month, with complete cost recovery on those monthly incomes.
  • Under the ADIP Scheme, you can earn up to Rs 20000 each month.
• Students must produce a bonafide certificate from their school or college and parental income certificates, sidearm certificates, Aadhar cards, and phone numbers.
