On January 25, 2022, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, introduced the YSR EBC Nestham Scheme. Through this programme, women from the upper class who are economically disadvantaged and are between the ages of 45 and 60 would receive financial help for Rs 45,000.
